A Training Method that Fits You!

Welcome to my Online, Live Class selection.

All Classes are being conducted live over Zoom with fresh flows and exercises for each class, with a matching Spotify playlist for you to play in the comfort of your own space. All classes are live recorded and if you cannot participate in person a link will be sent out for you to download the full class shortly afterwards. Please note Zoom has limited recording storage so download any classes as soon as you receive the link to avoid disappointment. Recordings have to unfortunately be deleted to make space for the next class. I also plan to load some selected recordings to YouTube shortly.      

Monday Strength & Fitness Class 6-7pm & Offline Download

This is my strength, fitness and power class which  includes yoga, resistance bands, dumbell free weights and HIIT sequences to boost the immune system, elevate your mood, and grow your strength and resilience! All my classes are scaled so even if you have no equipment, have limited strength or an injury, you will still benefit from doing this class. 

Tuesday Morning Gentle Flow Yoga 7-7.45am & Offline Download

This is a gentle style of yoga, that effortlessly flows to music designed to awaken the mind and body. Using funtional movements and traditional asanas, each class is individually designed, to offer a varied and fun routines to prepare you for the day ahead. These classes are a great way to find focus and calmness to better conquer any tasks ahead of you. 

Wednesday Power Yoga 6-7pm & Offline Download

This is a dynamic & intense style of yoga, that beautifully blends funky music with modern strength techniques and traditional asanas. Each class is individually designed, offering varied and fun routines to improve strength, mobility and balance. Classes maintain awareness on the breath and at times take HIIT format for a legitimate workout.

Friday Yin Yoga & Meditation 6-7pm & Offline Download

Yin Yoga is a slow paced class where postures that are held for longer period of times. It will reach into the depths of your body, engaging your connective tissue, ligaments, and bones, thanks to the length of time that the postures are held for. Yin Yoga works deeply into our body and energetically improves the energy flow. Unwind at the end of a tough week and a more meditative approach to yoga. Bringing an awareness of inner silence which at times we don’t bring to light due to the modern stresses of everyday life.
